Manage enterprise service desk and end-user support operations, lead supervisors and analysts, ensure SLA/OLA compliance, oversee incident/request/problem/knowledge management, optimize ticket workflows, lead major incident response, and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage IT-focused contract delivery under the PWS: plan, execute, staff, track schedules, mitigate risks, produce program reporting, maintain PMP/QMP/SOPs, direct transitions, ensure contract compliance, and mentor program staff while serving as primary government interface.
