Lead and coach an engineering team building high-scale configuration distribution and service coordination infrastructure. Set strategy, align stakeholders, create roadmaps, mitigate risks, improve developer experience, and drive best practices in CI/CD, feature flags, and configuration management. Support team growth and use AI for planning, research, documentation, reporting, and workflow automation while verifying quality through testing and review.

Lead Pinterest’s AI Foundations and Proactive Experiences engineering organization. Define technical and organizational strategy across foundation models, LLM systems, personalization, agentic workflows, orchestration, and user-facing AI. Build teams and leadership capacity, drive multi-year roadmaps, partner cross-functionally on product strategy, and deliver reliable, secure, privacy-conscious, cost-efficient AI capabilities at scale.
