Provides strategic and consultative HR support across employee relations, performance and talent management, change management, policy interpretation, compliance, investigations, workforce planning, succession planning, training, and leadership coaching. Partners with managers, employees, legal counsel, HR colleagues, and community organizations to resolve workplace issues, improve retention and morale, support organizational initiatives, and ensure consistent HR practices.

Monitor and audit manufactured goods for aerospace and commercial compliance. Coordinate inspection plans, CMM programming, and first article reporting across manufacturing, production, planning, and estimating teams. Lead internal audits, technical documentation, complex quality projects, vendor and customer interactions, and employee training. Apply aerospace quality standards, machining and assembly practices, Lean Manufacturing, analytical problem-solving, and process improvement methods.

Leads enterprise innovation and social entrepreneurship strategy, incubating and scaling mission-aligned ventures that generate financial and social impact. Drives revenue diversification, business modeling, partnership development, INVEST program growth, and cross-enterprise integration. Collaborates with executive leadership to embed innovation, strengthen financial sustainability, measure outcomes, and cultivate a data-driven culture supporting workforce reentry and economic mobility for justice-involved individuals.
