Leads the Enterprise Data Platform team, managing data engineers and driving the data engineering roadmap. Oversees scalable pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, cloud architectures, data models, governance, quality, lineage, and performance optimization. Partners with technology and business leaders to deliver enterprise data solutions and AI/ML capabilities. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, team development, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and operational improvement.

Leads strategy, roadmap, and execution for Navigator, PitchBook’s AI platform experience. Oversees conversational interfaces, agent routing, persistent workspace, and workflow agents while managing and developing Product Managers. Partners with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Commercial, and Customer Success teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives, define success metrics, communicate product strategy, and drive organizational alignment.

Manage research data products and methodologies, build and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines, optimize queries, and support production deployments. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and analyst teams to implement methodology updates, data cleanups, and internal or production applications. Improve research workflows, communicate project changes, and mentor junior engineers while supporting financial market research outputs.

Lead a small engineering team while being a hands-on backend contributor: design and build ingestion pipelines, entity resolution, enrichment workflows, and search indexing. Own service quality, performance, reliability, observability, and estimations. Mentor engineers, drive technical practices, reduce technical debt, and collaborate with product and partner teams. Use cloud, containerization, streaming systems, and search technologies to deliver scalable, production-grade systems.

Architect and deliver cloud-native services powering the PitchBook platform. Lead technical design and hands-on development of microservices, ensure non-functional requirements, document architecture evolution, guide teams on DDD and integrations (including AI/LLM tooling), and drive cross-team alignment and best practices.

Design, build, and operationalize production-grade NLP and GenAI models (summarization, semantic search, classification, prediction). Develop scalable data pipelines and distributed systems, deploy models with cloud-native tooling, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure model monitoring, evaluation, and responsible-AI practices to deliver business-aligned insights.

Own GTM performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Run WBR/MBR/QBR processes, perform funnel, retention, campaign ROI, territory and capacity analyses, and surface actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure KPI consistency, data governance, and automation opportunities.

Own revenue performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Perform funnel, retention, ROI, territory, and lifecycle analytics using Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and SQL. Drive WBR/MBR/QBR processes, ensure KPI consistency and data governance, generate proactive insights, and partner cross-functionally to inform GTM strategy and automation opportunities.

Act as a commercial partner to Sales by advising on deal structuring and pricing, reviewing and processing orders and contract amendments, validating CRM data, analyzing discount and order trends, resolving discrepancies with finance/legal, and improving order management processes and turnaround time.

Lead a small engineering team while writing production Java backend code daily. Design and own data ingestion, enrichment, entity resolution, and search-indexing systems. Ensure reliability, performance, observability, and technical quality; mentor engineers; collaborate with product and partners; drive down technical debt; use cloud, containerization, and CI/CD best practices to deliver scalable services.

The HR Business Partner will support leaders and employees across departments, manage employee relations, and improve talent programs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Lead and scale FP&A functions: manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario and variance analysis, driver-based models, resource/headcount planning, ROI and investment evaluations, KPI definition, dashboards, and automation/AI-enabled workflows while partnering with senior leaders to inform decisions and improve financial planning processes.

Partner with Data Engineering and Systems teams, own executive reporting (Tableau, Salesforce), establish standards, drive data governance, pilot AI-assisted analytics, and translate complex GTM metrics into actionable narratives for senior leaders.

Lead one or more full‑stack engineering teams to deliver high‑quality microservices and web services. Drive technical direction, execution, OKRs, mentoring, code quality, and cross‑team collaboration while removing roadblocks and ensuring on‑time delivery. Apply Java/Spring, messaging, cloud, caching, and persistence expertise to scalable, performant solutions and foster an inclusive, Agile culture.

The Director of Product Management will define the business strategy and product roadmap, managing a team to drive revenue growth and adoption, while fostering collaboration across departments and understanding market needs in private equity and venture capital.
