Manage and develop a team of SMB Market Development Representatives to create inbound opportunities, onboard and train new hires, set and measure OKRs, monitor lead flow and sales metrics in Salesforce, coach outreach quality, partner with stakeholders on workflows and training, and support company initiatives.
