The Staff DevOps Engineer will focus on Site Reliability Engineering and work on security practices, vulnerability management, and integrating security into CI/CD processes to ensure robust security across the platform.

Lead full-stack engineering for a B2B partner portal: design and deploy React/TypeScript front ends, .NET services, and Python data pipelines (Databricks). Integrate LLMs and agentic development into product and workflows, mentor engineers, ensure quality engineering practices, and resolve production issues end-to-end.

Lead end-to-end product design for provider-facing workflows, partnering with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders. Translate complex marketplace and operational requirements into intuitive provider tools, raise design system quality, mentor other designers, and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate prototyping and decision-making while maintaining trust, accessibility, and product outcomes.
