The role is fully remote, requires 10% travel for conferences, and involves managing 30+ weekly meetings when fully ramped.

Manage and grow a mid-market book of B2B software accounts by driving renewals, upsells and cross-sells. Act as customer 'quarterback,' forecast expansion, negotiate multi-year deals, partner cross-functionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
