Build and operate batch transcription and streaming ASR API services across four global regions. Responsibilities include API design, model integration, authentication, rate limiting, versioning, documentation, multi-region deployment, monitoring, incident response, high-concurrency architecture, streaming protocols, async pipelines, autoscaling, and cost optimization. The role also supports B2B customers and collaborates with algorithm and product teams on the developer platform roadmap.

Lead cloud and infrastructure security and detection engineering: deploy SIEM, author MITRE-mapped detections, build cloud security posture and IaC gates, own incident response playbooks and SOC 2 Type II operational evidence, and drive vulnerability remediation and security reporting.

Design and implement full-stack features for web applications, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Ensure performance and maintainability of applications in production environments.
