Advises managers and leadership on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, performance management, leave and accommodations, compliance, grievances, and union matters. Handles sensitive cases with discretion while promoting fairness, accountability, and a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Leads operations across a portfolio of permanent supportive housing buildings. Supervises site operations managers, monitors occupancy and rent collection, oversees budgets, compliance, inspections, safety, crisis response, resident grievances, and building performance. Partners with Facilities, Finance, Safety, and health teams to improve service delivery, maintain resident dignity, and support housing stability. Guides teams through operational changes and complex resident situations while ensuring consistent, hospitality-centered 24/7 building operations.

Manages a $30 million portfolio of government grants from application through reporting, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, accurate invoicing, audit readiness, subrecipient monitoring, and timely deliverables. Develops grant agreements, tracking systems, policies, and staff training while collaborating with Finance and program teams. Provides oversight to a Grants Specialist and supports financial continuity.

Administers ADP Workforce Now, HR data, employee lifecycle updates, leave programs, compliance reporting, benefits workflows, and HRIS audits. Manages FMLA, WA PFML, and Washington L&I claims while partnering with payroll, benefits, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Develops procedures, supports reporting and audits, improves HRIS workflows, and provides responsive employee support.

Leads the organization’s portfolio-wide after-hours operating model across a 24/7 supportive housing network. Supervises on-call and overnight leaders, provides escalation and incident coordination, develops procedures and training, partners with Safety, Facilities, and Housing Operations, and leads after-action reviews and continuous improvement. The role ensures consistent, safe, trauma-informed, resident-centered operations across multiple sites, shifts, and emergency situations.
