Advises managers and leadership on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, performance management, leave and accommodations, compliance, grievances, and union matters. Coaches leaders through complex workplace issues, analyzes workforce trends, and recommends actions to improve retention, consistency, and organizational effectiveness. Handles sensitive cases with discretion while promoting fairness, accountability, and a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Leads operations across a portfolio of permanent supportive housing buildings. Supervises site operations managers, monitors occupancy and rent collection, oversees budgets, compliance, inspections, safety, crisis response, resident grievances, and building performance. Partners with Facilities, Finance, Safety, and health teams to improve service delivery, maintain resident dignity, and support housing stability. Guides teams through operational changes and complex resident situations while ensuring consistent, hospitality-centered 24/7 building operations.

Manages a $30 million portfolio of government grants from application through reporting, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, accurate invoicing, audit readiness, subrecipient monitoring, and timely deliverables. Develops grant agreements, tracking systems, policies, and staff training while collaborating with Finance and program teams. Provides oversight to a Grants Specialist and supports financial continuity.
