Provides enterprise technology support through phone, ticketing, and potentially chat channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, access, and application issues; manages incidents and escalations; documents resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; analyzes trends and operations data; supports knowledge management, training, process improvement, and automation; and coaches junior analysts while maintaining customer service, security, and confidentiality standards.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, documents, maintains, and debugs software solutions for PNC’s Asset Management Group. The role addresses complex business needs through technical design, application development, architecture, troubleshooting, testing, and release management. It is remotely based in Pennsylvania, with occasional in-office participation as needed.

Supports Asset Management Group product strategies, policies, procedures, and processes; provides solutions for exceptional client experiences; handles escalated fiduciary, compliance, and operational matters; monitors risk and escalated issues; participates in enterprise initiatives; and serves as backup to the AMG Product Specialist Advisor. The role requires knowledge of trust and fiduciary services, retirement and tax planning, IRA administration, financial-services regulations, and client relationship management.
