Lead end-to-end product design for a B2B platform and consumer app, craft polished interfaces, define design systems and roadmap, iterate quickly in a startup environment, and collaborate closely with engineering and GTM teams.

Build and operate AI-powered GTM systems to scale growth and sales. Audit and improve the GTM stack, embed with GTM teams to automate workflows (lead routing, enrichment, personalization, attribution), ship internal tools and agents, and publish playbooks so wins propagate across the company.

Own end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, dinners, and IRL events. Manage logistics, vendors, venues, staffing, travel, and materials; design creative experiential activations; evaluate event ROI; build partner relationships; partner with sales and marketing to drive pipeline; run guerrilla marketing experiments; travel up to twice monthly.
