Supports sales operations and automated retail deployments for major retail partners. Responsibilities include account management, retailer communications, site selection, installation coordination, issue resolution, business reviews, performance reporting, and cross-functional initiative execution. Leads U.S. and international direct tax compliance, tax accounting, withholding tax, audits, reporting, and advisory activities. Manages ASC 740 provisions, Pillar Two and global reporting requirements, tax legislation analysis, transaction tax implications, external advisors, policies, controls, and process improvement. Partners with stakeholders on strategic tax initiatives and independently drives complex tax workstreams.

Designs long-format print and digital publications, visual identity systems, logos, graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Collaborates with editorial, brand, and project teams; selects typography, prepares drafts, incorporates feedback, manages multiple projects, and maintains brand consistency. Requires advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, print and pre-press knowledge, strong communication, and an online portfolio demonstrating layout and logo design.

Leads legal support for the company’s media business, including entertainment licensing negotiations, production counsel, and drafting and negotiating production and licensing agreements. Advises media production, sales, business affairs, music administration, and IP clearance teams on legal and contractual matters. Manages and develops a legal team, supports global media initiatives, and improves legal processes, templates, policies, and playbooks.

Leads global litigation, IP enforcement, corporate compliance, regulatory matters, and employment law for The Pokémon Company International. Advises executives and business partners on legal, reputational, and operational risks; represents the company before regulatory authorities; develops policies and training; manages outside counsel budgets; and leads a high-performing legal team as part of the Legal Leadership Team.

The Director of Corporate Communications leads internal and external communications strategy, enhances corporate brand, manages crisis communications, and builds a high-performing communications team internationally.

Manage the logistics spend category through category planning, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and stakeholder collaboration. Conduct spend and market analysis, develop KPIs, build financial models, execute RFPs, and drive value beyond cost while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legal frameworks.

Drive and coordinate product marketing for console video games, managing cross-functional projects between TPCi and Tokyo, reviewing marketing assets, analyzing business metrics, and supporting strategic global marketing initiatives in both English and Japanese.

Lead design and governance of enterprise and executive compensation programs. Conduct market benchmarking and advanced financial modeling, manage executive compensation cycles and transactions, ensure compliance (including Section 409A), advise senior leaders, align pay strategy with performance and career architecture, and manage external advisors and stakeholder communications.
