Partner with business stakeholders, align subsidiaries, and build a high-performing data engineering and platform team to deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics across the organization.

Lead global consumer and children research to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into strategic recommendations. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, build analytics and reporting frameworks, influence product, brand, and go-to-market strategy, and manage a high-performing insights team and external research partners to drive fan growth and improved customer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
