Creates and delivers graphic designs for print and digital applications, including logos, promotional materials, branding, and communications. Manages projects from concept through final production, ensures brand consistency, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, presents design concepts, solves complex visual problems, and handles multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. The role also monitors design software and media trends to support innovation.

Designs long-format print and digital publications, visual identity systems, logos, graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Collaborates with editorial, brand, and project teams; selects typography, prepares drafts, incorporates feedback, manages multiple projects, and maintains brand consistency. Requires advanced Adobe Creative Suite expertise, print and pre-press knowledge, strong communication, and an online portfolio demonstrating layout and logo design.

Manages Talent Acquisition Operations programs, projects, systems, workflows, vendors, reporting, and process improvements. Owns ATS and HRIS functions, operational metrics, change management, business process optimization, stakeholder communications, and vendor performance. Partners cross-functionally to improve recruiting service delivery, employee experiences, operational scalability, and business continuity while managing budgets, documentation, and technology enhancements.
