Leads legal support for the company’s media business, including entertainment licensing negotiations, production counsel, and drafting and negotiating production and licensing agreements. Advises media production, sales, business affairs, music administration, and IP clearance teams on legal and contractual matters. Manages and develops a legal team, supports global media initiatives, and improves legal processes, templates, policies, and playbooks.

Leads global litigation, IP enforcement, corporate compliance, regulatory matters, and employment law for The Pokémon Company International. Advises executives and business partners on legal, reputational, and operational risks; represents the company before regulatory authorities; develops policies and training; manages outside counsel budgets; and leads a high-performing legal team as part of the Legal Leadership Team.

Leads customer support readiness and operational support strategy for eCommerce products. Serves as the highest-level escalation point, develops troubleshooting processes, supports launches and regional expansions, investigates complex customer issues, identifies trends and operational risks, and recommends improvements. The role partners cross-functionally with product, operations, vendors, and customer service teams while delivering insights, documentation, training, and process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce support contacts.
