Recruit independent insurance agencies, assess their fit, and guide them through onboarding and training. Represent the company at industry events, advise agency owners, and stay informed about insurance trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

The Finance Manager supports insurance budgeting, forecasting, capital modeling, risk assessments, reinsurance analysis, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory and rating agency metrics, analyzing profitability and operational performance, supporting corporate insurance programs, conducting stress tests, and preparing materials for leadership, auditors, and external partners. The role collaborates with actuarial, corporate finance, premiums, and losses teams while using AI tools to improve modeling, analysis, reporting, and process efficiency.

Conduct consultative inbound and outbound sales for home warranty products, provide product information, prospect customers, manage renewals and cancellations, and follow up with warm leads by phone and email. The role requires handling 50–60 inbound calls daily, meeting conversion targets, maintaining customer communications, and using CRM tools such as Salesforce to support revenue growth.
