Leads the consumer finance compliance program, including regulatory strategy, risk assessments, monitoring, testing, complaints and issues management, vendor oversight, marketing review, training, and regulatory change management. Advises leadership on federal and state consumer protection requirements, engages with regulators and bank partners, and builds and manages a compliance team while identifying opportunities to automate compliance workflows.

Process daily mail, disputes, chargebacks, physical payments, credit disputes, and money orders accurately and on time. Resolve issues end-to-end, meet service-level targets, support compliance, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering. The role includes hands-on training and mentorship, with opportunities to advance into Operations II or specialist tracks.

Lead the Cash Access Technology team owning short-term loan and cash advance products. Define roadmap, drive KPIs (approval, repayment, conversion, retention, CSAT), expand products to new states, partner with compliance, operations, risk, data science and engineering, manage audits with banking partners, and improve product development processes to deliver customer-focused, compliant lending experiences.
