The Project Coordinator will oversee contracting operations, ensure project coordination, liaise with legal and finance teams, and manage client-vendor relationships.

Support monthly project accounting and month-end close tasks: set up and update projects in time & expense systems, manage invoicing and accruals, reconcile GL accounts, track project costs and billable hours, assist audits and ad hoc financial reporting.

Lead oncology market access strategy and client-facing initiatives, oversee the OncoGenius platform and syndicated reports, design provider research, support business development, and manage and mentor the Access Experience Team with ~20% travel.
