Lead business development for lab services (biobanking, sample prep, specialty lab services). Identify and qualify leads, build client relationships, write proposals, develop budgets/pricing, close and expand accounts, coordinate with internal teams, track opportunities in Salesforce, and represent the company at conferences.

Drafts, negotiates, tracks, and executes clinical research agreements (CDAs, CTAs, CTA-As), vendor contracts and site budgets. Coordinates with internal North American/European study teams, sites, and sponsors; maintains contract files and databases; updates stakeholders on negotiation status and ensures compliance with company contracting standards and timelines.

Lead statistical strategy across clinical development: design consultation, protocol and SAP authorship/review, sample size and randomization oversight, review analyses and clinical study reports, support regulatory submissions and DMC reporting, serve as SME, mentor statisticians, and coordinate with sponsors and vendors for complex programs.
