Prepare and review contract payment schedules and monthly invoices; analyze contracts, budgets, hours, revenue, backlog, and change orders; support project profitability tracking, cash flow/payment schedule creation, and assist project and finance managers.

Manage implementation of NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, contract amendments and related documents; drive initiation and completion of site contracts aligned to study start-up timelines; negotiate sponsor contract terms; liaise with clients on status and execution; develop and maintain CTA/NDA templates.

Lead and manage biostatistics operations, provide strategic statistical consultancy, oversee project progress and finances, mentor staff, ensure CDISC compliance, support business development and regulatory interactions, and drive process improvements.
