Manage and grow assigned public sector accounts in Wisconsin through consultative selling, partner collaboration (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell), account planning, forecasting, and ensuring service delivery. Drive upsell/cross-sell, meet revenue quotas, maintain operational account health, and leverage strong local OEM and public sector relationships to generate new business.

Deliver customer-facing training and enablement for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot for Microsoft 365 across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Develop training materials and demos, answer end-user questions, gather feedback, and travel occasionally to customer sites. Continuously learn AI productivity tools and collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption and confidence.

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering ServiceNow projects on time and budget while managing client relations, project plans, and communications across teams.
