Manage and improve IT infrastructure across offices and jobsites, including networks, servers, cloud services, Microsoft systems, security tools, enterprise hardware, and end-user devices. Administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, VPNs, firewalls, and network services; troubleshoot complex issues; assess infrastructure risks; enforce technology standards; evaluate vendors and solutions; and support projects, documentation, automation, and user training.

The Accounting Manager supports the Controller by preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, audits, budgeting, and month-end close. The role improves accounting processes, internal controls, documentation, reporting, KPIs, systems, and automation while partnering with operational teams. It also provides guidance to accounting staff and may supervise a small team.

Provides second-tier IT support by diagnosing computer and network issues, resolving helpdesk escalations, installing and repairing hardware and software, configuring workstations, and supporting remote offices and jobsites. Maintains technology inventory, performs quality checks before device deployment, trains users, contributes to IT projects, and participates in after-hours on-call support.
