Own the ongoing technical success of named B2B SaaS customers, guiding integration architecture, implementation, adoption, reliability, migrations, and technical escalations. Partner with account managers, support, product, engineering, and solution engineering to turn customer goals into measurable technical outcomes. Lead customer conversations, incident response, adoption improvements, and on-call participation while maintaining architecture documentation and advancing customer feedback.

Owns company-wide KPI reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, strategic planning, investor and board reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis. The role builds data models and reporting processes, ensures data integrity, translates insights into strategic recommendations, and partners with leadership across a scaling SaaS company.

Leads the Engineering organization across two remote teams, directly managing, coaching, and developing engineers. Partners with Product to drive timely, high-quality delivery; staffs initiatives, develops technical leads, resolves cross-team risks, supports hiring, and contributes to architecture, technical debt, and scaling decisions. The role oversees execution, engineering process, quality, and team engagement while guiding a high-scale SaaS platform built with TypeScript, Python, Django, React, AWS, Postgres, and Redis.
