Teams at Proliance Surgeons

Leads enterprise-wide supply chain strategy across ambulatory surgery centers, care centers, and physician practices. Oversees sourcing, contracting, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, distribution, analytics, supply continuity, and cost optimization. Builds governance and centralized leadership, partners with physicians and Finance, drives standardization and technology adoption, and leads acquisition diligence and post-close integration. The role is accountable for savings, contract compliance, inventory performance, operational discipline, and supply chain value creation.

Manages daily office operations, administrative staff, vendors, facilities, supplies, and corporate needs. Provides executive support by coordinating priorities, meetings, governance activities, communications, Board materials, and strategic projects. Leads internal events, leadership offsites, retreats, and Foundation initiatives, overseeing logistics, budgets, vendors, and execution. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, project management, and event coordination skills in a fully onsite Seattle role.

Manages the organization’s health, welfare, retirement, PTO, and leave programs. Leads benefits strategy, compliance, vendor relationships, open enrollment, audits, reporting, employee education, and complex case resolution. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS vendors, and executives to improve program effectiveness, manage costs, support employee experience, and implement process and system enhancements. Coaches HR team members and oversees compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations.
