Provides legal support for renewable energy project development and commercial transactions. Advises solar origination teams, negotiates power purchase agreements, leases, site-control documents, EPC contracts, and customer agreements, and manages legal risks affecting project economics, financing, construction, and operations. Coordinates with real estate, finance, tax, regulatory, and development stakeholders; manages local counsel; and develops scalable legal forms, playbooks, clause libraries, and approval frameworks.

Manages industrial and logistics real estate development projects from land acquisition and entitlements through design, construction, closeout, and operational handoff. Leads consultants and contractors, oversees budgets up to $50 million or more, schedules, permitting, inspections, estimating, stakeholder communication, RFP responses, and value engineering. Builds relationships with jurisdictions, utilities, contractors, and design professionals while driving safety, quality, customer satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Manage and execute interconnection strategies for energy infrastructure, overseeing projects across multiple markets while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
