Chairs the Change Advisory Board, oversees 24/7 operations, manages audit readiness for SOC and PCI controls, drives SLA and uptime performance, and provides executive-level operational reporting. This remote leadership role requires building scalable processes and developing a multifunctional IT operations team.

Process certified payroll and submit reports via LCPtracker, ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage laws, review timecards and wage classifications, reconcile payroll discrepancies, monitor fringe benefits and overtime, prepare reports for audits and government agencies, and maintain payroll records.
