The VP of Marketing will lead the marketing ecosystem to drive growth, define competitive advantages, influence product design, and mentor a diverse team towards a mission-driven culture.

Lead development of credit and fraud strategies using data, ML models, and advanced analytics. Design A/B tests, analyze portfolio performance, conduct root-cause and ad-hoc analyses, and partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to implement and validate risk and fraud prevention strategies while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, design customer journeys, ensure compliance, collaborate with teams, and optimize performance metrics.
