Leads Providence Mount St. Vincent’s foundation as Executive Director, overseeing fundraising strategy, major and planned gifts, donor stewardship, board engagement, grants, events, communications, financial administration, and community partnerships. Manages a portfolio of approximately 50 major-gift prospects, develops philanthropic programs aligned with organizational priorities, coaches staff and volunteers, ensures regulatory and financial compliance, and builds support for charitable care, programming, and capital projects.

Leads finance strategy and operations for a healthcare division, overseeing long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, analytics, costing, reporting, business cases, and performance improvement. Advises executive and operational leaders, manages financial systems and ERP initiatives, evaluates investments, and develops high-performing finance teams. Requires strong healthcare finance knowledge, analytical judgment, communication, project leadership, and executive partnership skills.

Leads enterprise software engineering, solution architecture, data and reporting strategy for business applications supporting Human Capital, Finance, Supply Chain, and workforce management. Establishes roadmaps, engineering standards, governance, architecture, quality practices, and secure reporting capabilities. Directs cross-functional delivery, prioritization, lifecycle improvements, stakeholder alignment, and organizational development while hiring and managing engineering leaders and teams.
