Collaborate with AI, engineering, product, and permitting teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation. Own 1–2 major enterprise accounts as the primary customer contact, coordinating portfolio visibility, stakeholder relationships, onboarding, account reviews, renewals, and cross-functional delivery. Translate customer needs into internal actions, identify risks, represent clients in permitting meetings, and drive program improvements. The role requires strong project or program management experience, construction or real estate fluency, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
