Partners with clients to identify AI opportunities, translate ambiguous business needs into technical requirements, and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Develops prompts, grounding strategies, integrations, and prototypes involving Copilot and Claude. Supports testing, quality assurance, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, user training, governance, and data protection in regulated environments while building stakeholder consensus.

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and locally-run AI tooling (Claude). Provide solution architecture, prompt engineering, integrations (Graph API/REST), compliance with Azure/Entra/Purview/DLP, mentoring, testing, and adoption support within regulated environments.

Consults with business and IT clients to develop and implement data visualization, user experience, data storytelling, analytics, data models, dashboards, and KPIs. Coordinates project activities, evaluates data sources, delivers process improvement recommendations, collaborates with client stakeholders, and mentors team members. Requires expertise in Microsoft Power BI, dashboard development, data analytics, and UI/UX design. The role offers remote work with up to 25% office or client travel.
