The Program Manager oversees operations for college partnerships, supports program execution, analyzes data trends, and manages communications and events.

Create and edit content across email, social, web, print, and video to support program goals; produce messaging and creative assets aligned with the QuestBridge brand; monitor trends and recommend best practices; manage feedback and escalate when needed; participate in organization-wide initiatives such as application reading and event staffing.

The Program Manager will manage career and graduate school initiatives, support program implementation, engage in strategic planning, and collaborate across teams while ensuring operational efficiency.
