Design, implement, test, and maintain core distributed storage services and customer-facing features. Contribute in C/Rust, participate in SDLC rituals, debug issues, and improve internal systems to ensure high-performance, fault-tolerant file and block storage at scale.

Design and automate scale and resilience tests for Qumulo's hybrid cloud storage platform. Build test frameworks and schedules, automate manual tests, troubleshoot failures across VMs and hardware, analyze cluster/C error logs, implement monitoring and alerts, participate in on-call, and help set release quality standards.

Run HQ front desk and guest experience; manage kitchens, snacks, supplies, badges and building access; coordinate catering, events, and vendor relationships; troubleshoot office issues; receive deliveries and handle mail; partner with executives, HR, marketing, and finance on office projects. On-site five days a week in downtown Seattle.

Own and prepare financial reports and forecasts (cash flow, quarterly decks, board reporting); build and review operating expense plans in Workday Adaptive; model SaaS revenue from ACV through bookings, billings, and ARR; run plan-vs-actual reviews; automate recurring workflows; and answer strategic financial questions and scenario analyses.

Lead and coach a small expansion-focused account management team while carrying your own commercial/mid-market book. Build expansion playbooks, drive add-on/cross-sell/upsell motions, own pipeline/forecast/commit, partner with Customer Success and Renewals, and engage Sales Engineering to close expansion deals. Shape segmentation, coverage, and territory planning.

Lead lifecycle for enterprise and OEM/channel customers—onboard, deploy, drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Act as technical advisor on data, storage, and multi-cloud architecture, deliver QBRs and success plans, enable partners, resolve escalations, and provide product feedback while partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering to maximize customer value.

Lead and coach a small team of account managers while carrying your own commercial/mid-market book. Build and execute expansion playbooks to drive add-on capacity, cross-sell, upsell, and term extensions. Own pipeline, forecast, and CRM hygiene; partner with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales Engineering to convert adoption into qualified pursuits. Coach deal strategy, negotiation, and territory planning while modeling the motion in your own accounts. Work hybrid from Downtown Seattle several days per week.
