Deploy, administer, and automate core infrastructure (AD, Windows/Linux/macOS servers, virtualization, containers, storage, cloud). Manage monitoring, backups, DR, SLAs, audits, and security best practices. Lead improvements, document systems, participate in on-call rotations, and support internal engineering teams across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Serve as a technical sales leader: design scalable hybrid storage architectures, support sales with proposals and RFPs, run demos and POCs, build trusted customer relationships, influence deal strategy, and contribute thought leadership. Travel up to 20% in the Pacific Northwest.

Lead cross-functional planning and delivery for hybrid cloud storage products: track dependencies, surface risks early, coordinate with cloud/technology partners, maintain epics/stories in Jira, enforce timelines, and drive tradeoffs across engineering, product, and GTM teams.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, use recruiting tools and data to improve processes, promote employer brand, and deliver an excellent candidate experience in a fast-growing cloud/storage startup.
