Consulting role to drive business improvement, cost reduction, and transformation through overhead optimization, zero-based budgeting, shared services/GBS, procurement/strategic sourcing. Lead project teams or large workstreams within complex engagements and travel extensively to client sites (up to 75%).

Lead design, implementation and deployment of Oracle ERP/HCM solutions. Define global HR enterprise designs, document business processes, perform needs analysis and mapping, run workshops, present solutions, and support change with Microsoft Office tools. Role may require travel.
