Own the post-sale customer relationship from agreement development through onboarding, integration, enablement, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build and troubleshoot customer integrations, support users in complex environments, triage platform requests, provide product feedback, and create scalable documentation and playbooks. Initially operate as a solo customer success function reporting to the CTO, then build and lead a growing customer success team.
