Serve as the Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) providing on-track safety and jobsite coordination for work around live railroad tracks. Duties include radio communication with dispatchers, conducting job briefings, granting movement permissions, placing safety devices, submitting electronic reports, participating in recurring safety training, and extensive travel across western states. Employment requires successful background/drug screening and completion of onboarding and recurring training.

Perform on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks, coordinate job site safety, communicate with dispatchers/trains, conduct daily briefings, prepare electronic reports/forms, deploy signage and derails, and maintain compliance with railroad operating rules and company policies while traveling frequently across western states.
