Lead and manage large rail engineering programs, coordinate teams, represent the firm to stakeholders, run project meetings and presentations, ensure compliance with company policies, and occasionally travel to project sites or offices.

Lead scheduling, cost control, document control, progress reporting, and data analysis for rail/transit projects. Develop SOPs, train and mentor junior project controls staff, implement PMIS and SharePoint sites, and support proposals, invoices, and project meetings.

Lead and guide large engineering programs, make high-impact decisions, oversee a technical discipline, provide advisory/consulting across broad program areas, represent the organization, present to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership; occasional travel to headquarters, field offices, client sites, and work locations.
