Owns and grows strategic enterprise client relationships for RapidScale’s managed and professional services. The role develops account strategies, drives revenue, retention, and expansion, leads complex multi-year sales engagements, manages executive relationships, coordinates cross-functional resources, resolves escalations, and ensures strong forecasting and client outcomes across hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.

Owns strategic enterprise client relationships, serving as the executive point of accountability for account growth, retention, revenue expansion, and customer outcomes. Develops account strategies, leads complex multi-year services engagements through close, aligns cloud and managed service solutions to client needs, coordinates cross-functional resources, manages escalations, and maintains pipeline and forecasting discipline.
