Build recurring reporting and dashboards, ensure data quality and instrumentation, diagnose performance shifts, support experimentation and segmentation, and translate insights into product and business decisions while scaling an analytics function.

Lead and scale post-sale customer organization across strategic account management and high-volume customer success operations. Oversee enterprise account management, retention, expansions, and a technical support organization; drive AI/automation, operational reporting, customer feedback loops into Product/Engineering, and cross-functional partnerships to improve onboarding and support efficiency.
