Answers calls, explains program eligibility, addresses clinical questions, conducts biopsychosocial assessments using motivational interviewing, schedules intake appointments in the EMR, coordinates no-shows, and supports a compassionate, seamless member experience.

Lead multi-site recovery operations and supervise Recovery Support Coordinators. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflows, budgets, KPIs, compliance, documentation, audits, site launches, and performance improvement. Partner with clinical and regional leaders to improve member engagement, retention, service quality, and operational outcomes. Support recruitment, team development, community partnerships, escalated concerns, and integrated recovery care across assigned markets.
