Leads the Production and Infrastructure Engineering organization across DevOps, SRE, DevEx, MLOps, infrastructure, testing, and support. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, setting priorities, managing delivery, guiding technical decisions, overseeing cloud infrastructure and automation, improving reliability and incident response, ensuring release readiness, and coordinating cross-functional customer and stakeholder commitments. The role combines director-level people leadership with hands-on technical oversight of production software and platform operations.

Design, build, and operate secure, portable platform infrastructure across public, private, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Containerize applications, develop infrastructure-as-code modules, and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows, releases, upgrades, and rollbacks. Operate Kubernetes, networking, security, observability, and production reliability systems. Lead architecture and engineering standards, improve cloud portability, support customer-controlled deployments, and mentor engineers across teams.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery of AI and ML-driven enterprise products. Collaborate with customers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and presales to define use cases, develop features, manage dependencies, ensure quality, support go-to-market efforts, and evangelize products. Monitor market trends and competitors while building strong stakeholder relationships.
