As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy, optimize, and scale AI inference systems, collaborating directly with customers to enhance performance and solve infrastructure challenges on Kubernetes clusters.

Provide deep technical sales support for Red Hat AI across North America: remove adoption blockers, architect AI systems, design data and ML pipelines, lead pre/post-sales technical deep dives and proofs of concept, collaborate with product and engineering, and present executive-facing business value and community outreach to drive platform adoption.

Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure projects focusing on automation and containerization; requires experience in cloud platforms and various technologies.
