Lead design and operation of Regenerons enterprise AI governance: build policy frameworks, risk taxonomies, GxP validation and audit readiness, vendor assessments, incident management, and embed ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA/EU AI Act) across Legal, Compliance, CISO, and business stakeholders to enable safe, auditable AI adoption.

Leads field-based, non-sales engagement with oncology thought leaders across the Northeast and Great Lakes. Builds strategic relationships, gathers insights, supports speaker bureau and advisory board initiatives, coordinates executive engagements, translates national strategies into regional execution, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requires pharmaceutical marketing expertise, oncology experience, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Leads end-to-end, risk-based Good Clinical Practice audits across internal and external global development activities. Responsibilities include planning and conducting process, site, vendor, and partner audits; reporting findings; driving remediation and process improvements; interpreting regulations; supporting regulatory inspections; and representing Quality Assurance on compliance initiatives. The role requires extensive GCP auditing experience, strong knowledge of FDA, EU, and ICH requirements, senior stakeholder leadership, and 30–40% domestic and international travel.
