Lead and oversee clinical data management for complex studies: eCRF and database design, data quality/reconciliation, CRO/vendor oversight, SAE/AE reconciliation, MedDRA/WHO-DD coding, validation and data transfers, snapshot/lock/archiving, inspection readiness, and process improvement while managing timelines and escalations.

Lead national hematology oncology commercial strategy and Field teams to prepare for launch of two bispecific biologics. Hire, train, and develop Regional Directors and medical specialists; drive revenue, budgets, compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations.

The Associate Director will engage with oncology thought leaders, support marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance while managing multiple projects.
