Lead customer success to drive adoption, value recognition, renewals, and expansion. Own gross/net revenue and logo retention, build expansion pipeline, establish health metrics, playbooks, and processes, partner with Sales/Product/Services, and serve as GRC subject-matter expert to scale the function and team.

Lead SLED go-to-market: build territory plans, pipeline, and close new state, local, and education customers. Navigate procurement and compliance (NIST, CJIS, FERPA, StateRAMP/GovRAMP), manage forecasts/CRM, cultivate executive relationships, work with partners, and represent RegScale at industry events.

Lead post-sales technical onboarding, integrations, and deployments for RegScale. Build and document integration scripts, develop Python data loaders, integrate via REST APIs, support customers across Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and feed product requirements to engineering to drive adoption and expansion.
