Design, develop, implement, review, evaluate, fine-tune, and test client/server and web applications. Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to define system capabilities, performance requirements, interfaces, and project limitations. Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and three years of relevant experience. Travel and relocation to client sites across the United States are required.

Design, develop, implement, review, evaluate, and test client/server and web applications. Gather and assess user requirements and procedures while working with Java, Oracle, Salesforce, J2EE, and HTML. The role requires travel or relocation to various U.S. client sites for short- and long-term assignments.

Manage project implementation, technical and functional deliverables, deadlines, budgets, quality standards, customer needs, process development, knowledge-transfer workshops, and client presentations. Lead subordinates, eliminate inefficient systems, guide design practices, and deliver solutions using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, visual design, and JavaScript. Requires travel or relocation to client sites throughout the United States, including short- and long-term assignments.
