Sell insurance accounts within the entertainment sector through consultative sales, develop and manage a qualified pipeline, meet revenue targets, advise on complex commercial lines and risk, transition sold clients to account teams, and document sales activity while leveraging technology and in‑house technical services.

Lead the national accounts placement team to retain and grow complex commercial lines business. Manage submissions, collaborate with sales and carriers, mentor and onboard placement staff, develop renewal strategies, prepare proposals, document work in AMS360/ImageRight, and negotiate favorable renewal terms while ensuring regulatory compliance and leveraging new technologies including proprietary AI.
