Teams at Remote (Remote.com)

Lead the Deal Desk as a senior individual contributor: manage escalations, enforce pricing and approval compliance, build playbooks, automate workflows, and drive process and tooling improvements. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex deals, track performance metrics, and support month-end/quarter-end close activities. Mentor associates and represent the Senior Manager in cross-functional forums.

Act as a global payroll subject-matter expert supporting sales to drive adoption of Remote's Global Payroll. Shape go-to-market strategy, deliver tailored demos and proposals, translate client needs into implementation scopes, create sales collateral and playbooks, educate internal teams, and provide product feedback to align solutions with market needs.

Own complex, high-value deals end-to-end, build and govern CPQ quotes, manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue, provide commercial guidance on discounts and approvals, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, enable sales reps, and improve Deal Desk SOPs and month/quarter-end processes.
