Develops, configures, tests, debugs, and enhances complex applications, primarily on IBM i. Creates technical specifications, writes and reviews code, troubleshoots defects and performance issues, supports escalated IT incidents, participates in Agile ceremonies, documents application environments, coordinates with vendors, and leads high-complexity development projects while mentoring junior programmers.

Drive direct sales and account management for environmental services. Build and retain customer relationships, develop pipelines, design regulatory-compliant solutions, use CRM to track opportunities, prepare proposals and agreements, and expand service offerings to grow revenue.

Manage and grow broker accounts for environmental services by designing customized waste and recycling solutions, maintaining CRM records, conducting strategic meetings with key decision-makers, coordinating internal teams for service delivery, monitoring market trends, completing proposals and agreements, and expanding service adoption within assigned customers.

Designs and develops e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts, creates accessible and on-brand materials, manages project timelines, evaluates training effectiveness, updates content, follows technical specifications, and conducts train-the-trainer sessions.

Processes high-volume invoices, expense reports, payments, deposits, and accounts payable transactions. Reviews and reconciles vendor accounts, researches discrepancies, matches purchase orders with receiving and invoices, handles banking exceptions, and resolves payment issues with internal departments and vendors. The role also supports check, ACH, and credit card processes, maintains productivity standards, assists with training, and recommends process improvements.

The Sr. Data Modeler designs and implements data architectures, optimizes SQL queries, and develops data pipelines to support analytics initiatives ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.

Provides non-managerial direction to onshore/offshore teams, enforces architecture and coding standards, leads code reviews and CI/CD practices, supports Tier 2/3 incidents, optimizes application performance, and drives continuous improvement across development and operational processes.

Prepare and audit payroll entries and reconciliations for unionized, multi-state employees; calculate contributions, deductions, special payments, and reports; collaborate with HR/Total Rewards/HRIS; perform system testing and knowledge transfer.
