The Territory Executive identifies and converts prospects, sells waste and recycling services, manages customer relationships, renews contracts, and expands existing accounts. Responsibilities include cold calling, lead follow-up, sales presentations, Salesforce activity tracking, pricing support, retention, competitive market analysis, and participation in trade and community events. The role requires meeting revenue targets across an assigned territory and maintaining knowledge of service offerings and pricing.

Ten-week paid MBA internship with structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration. Interns execute strategic projects, analyze processes for operational improvement, prepare professional communications, present findings to stakeholders, and engage with leadership. High performers may be considered for full-time roles including the General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP).

Performs routine billing and data-entry tasks under supervision, including entering and updating customer contracts, validating billing information, preparing invoices, scanning and storing documents, uploading billing data, and resolving simple discrepancies. Requires strong organization, accuracy, basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume team environment.
