Supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, scenario modeling, profitability analysis, and KPI development. Builds and maintains financial models, analyzes variances and performance drivers, prepares leadership reporting, supports bids and capital expenditure evaluations, improves reporting automation, and assists with audits and corporate information requests. Partners with stakeholders to deliver insights and support strategic decision-making.

Ten-week paid MBA internship with structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration. Interns execute strategic projects, analyze processes for operational improvement, prepare professional communications, present findings to stakeholders, and engage with leadership. High performers may be considered for full-time roles including the General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP).

Maintains and retains existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through outbound and inbound communications. Renews contracts, responds to cancellations, supports pricing initiatives, documents activities in Salesforce, captures customer information, minimizes credits, and cross-sells the company’s full range of services. Reviews retention performance and relationship activities with the Sales Manager.
