Perform maintenance and repairs on recycling equipment, compact heavy equipment and light trucks, including hydraulics, industrial electrical systems, 480V balers, conveyors and compactors. Diagnose issues with manuals and diagnostic software, replace mechanical parts, complete work orders and fleet management records, perform preventive maintenance, and follow safety procedures. May perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs and maintain rolling stock like forklifts and skid steers.

The Associate Account Manager maintains customer relationships, makes calls, sells services, and manages account activities to ensure customer retention and increase service penetration.

Manage and retain a book of smaller commercial and industrial customers by making outbound/inbound calls, performing contract re-signs, cross-selling Republic Services products, documenting activity in Salesforce, and supporting pricing and cancellation processes to grow customer penetration and profitability.
