Develop negotiation and diligence processes, contribute to compliance software products, create technical content, and help shape new financing offerings. The role requires transactional experience in clean energy finance, tax credits, tax equity, project finance, banking, or renewable energy law.

Lead outbound business development targeting Fortune 500 clients, drive high-value deal pursuits, build referral partnerships, represent Reunion at industry events, and collaborate with leadership to grow pipeline and market visibility for clean energy finance solutions.
