Administer and optimize Salesforce, including configuration, automation, security, integrations, data uploads, testing, and releases. Provide user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation while meeting SLAs. Partner with business systems teams to implement enhancements, improve scalability, and promote platform adoption. The role requires Salesforce administration experience, certification, integration knowledge, and the ability to apply AI in Salesforce administration.

Own the full sales cycle for Pipe-Flo software and services across a designated U.S. territory, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification through product demonstrations, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Drive new business, ARR, and professional services bookings while selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, including C-suite stakeholders and complex buying committees. Partner with Marketing, meet sales quotas, and use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Sell Revalize’s AutoQuotes solution to manufacturing technology customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, developing pipelines, managing territories, delivering stakeholder presentations, closing new business, achieving ARR and professional services quotas, maintaining CRM data and forecasts, and growing accounts. The role uses consultative, value-driven, and AI-assisted sales approaches while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Travel of up to 25% is required.
