Support gallery leadership and curators to execute visual merchandising and floor sets, train and mentor staff, maintain inventory integrity, uphold RH design standards, and enhance the client experience while driving sales.

Lead creative direction for medium-sized or components of large interior design projects, collaborate with sales, sourcing and operations, manage multiple projects from discovery to final deliverables, elevate processes and mentor team designers, and occasionally travel domestically and internationally.
